About CA Foundation

CA Foundation serves as the entry-level for the Chartered Accountancy course offered by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). This exam was previously known as the Common Proficiency Test (CPT) and is a crucial step towards pursuing a career as a Chartered Accountant in India.

Eligibility

Students can register for ca foundation even after passing class 10th including 12th class examination  conduct by any examination body constituted under law in in force in india ,or eamination recognized by centerl goverment or state goverment as equivalent there to. 

Eligibility Criteria or Qualification Required for CA Foundation Course:

The candidate can register for the CA Foundation after passing class-Xth. However candidates can appear in foundation exam after qualifying the 12th examinations.

NOTE:- ICAI has allowed provisional registration for 10th class passed students.

Medium :- Hindi & English

                        ( we provide english medium classes only)

Course duration :- three months 

Exam cordinate :- 3 times in year

                                [ Jan, May/June,Sep]

Exemption

Candidates who are Graduates, Post Graduates and have Equivalent degree are Exempt from CA Foundation Exam and can take Direct entry for CA Intermediate ( Commerce graduated with 55% and others graduated with 60% marks )

Students who want to pursue CA Foundation Courses have to register online for the course Last Date of Registration or admission for CA Foundation Course with ICAI

Registration Fee

•       Registration Fee for CA Foundation Course Rs. 9,200.
•         CA Foundation course registration will be valid for three years. Even after three years, you can revalidate your registration for a further three years by depositing Rs 300/- as revalidation fees.

Syllabus of CA Foundation Coaching in Gurgaon

Syllabus for CA Foundation Course have been divided into four
Papers partially subjective and partially objective test consisting of 400
marks.

·         Paper-1: Principles and Practices of Accounting. (100 – Marks)

·         Paper-2: Business Laws (100 – Marks)

·         Paper-3: Business Mathematics and Logical Reasoning & Statistics. (100 – Marks)        

•    Paper-4: Business Economics (100 – Marks)

NOTE :-The above two papers (Paper 1 & 2) are subjective while the later two Paper (Paper 3 & 4) are objective. Objective papers contain negative marking for each wrong answer 0.25 mark gets deducted and for each correct answer one mark is given

Passing Criteria

CA Foundation Examination Passing Criteria:

A Student of CA foundation examination shall be
declared to have passed the examination if he secures minimum 40% marks on each
paper and an aggregate of 50%(200/400) of total marks.

•    Declaration of Results of jan Examination – Up to mid  march
•    Declaration of Results of May Examination – Up to mid  July
•          Declaration of Results of September Examination – Up to Mid November
