Visit the ICAI Exam Portal and log in using your registration number and password.

2: Access the Correction Window

On the dashboard, click on “Click here for corrections in ICAI application.”
Fill in your details such as Barcode Number or Control Number, Roll Number, PIN, and Security Code.

3: Verify the Fields

Check details like Examination, Barcode/Control Number, Registration Number, Name, Group Applied, Medium Opted, etc.
If everything is correct, select “No change required.” Otherwise, click “Changes required.”

4: Correct Errors

Edit fields like Medium Preferred, CA Foundation Exam Center, Group, or syllabus if needed.

5: Cross-Check Fields

Review changes in the preview section.
Verify your details and enter the OTP sent to your mobile and email.

6: Submit a Handwritten Application

Upload a scanned handwritten application signed by you. Ensure it’s in jpg format and does not exceed 200KB.
Follow the language guidelines based on your exam medium.
