- Direct Entry Route Eligibility: If you are pursuing the direct entry route for CA, you should have successfully passed the CA Intermediate examination of the ICSI/ICWA Examination.
- Deadline for Direct Entry: Ensure you clear this examination before the deadline of 1st March or 1st September to be eligible to apply for the CA Intermediate Examination.

Steps to Fill CA Intermediate Exam Form Sept 2024
To register for the CA Inter exam in Sept 2024, follow these steps:
- Log in to the icaiexam.icai.org website using your unique ICAI credentials.
- Update your profile details and click on the “Apply Now” button.
- Fill in the necessary information and click “Save & Preview.”
- Review the form for accuracy. If changes are needed, select the “Back to Form” option. Once everything is correct, click “I agree” and finalize your submission by clicking “Final Submit.”
- Pay the CA Intermediate exam form fee using Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, VISA, or BHIM UPI.
- After successful payment, the portal will display a notification with payment details. Save this information for reference and download the filled exam form in PDF format.
If the form lacks your photo or scanned signature:
- Print the form.
- Attach your latest colored passport-size photo and sign the form.
- Get the form attested by a Gazetted Officer.
Finally, send the physical copy of the CA Intermediate Exam Form, along with the attachments, to ICAI.
Note: ICAI will not accept forms with photos pasted on existing pictures in the PDF or over-signed signatures. No changes will be accommodated after submission.
