- Subjects: Four subjects (Fundamentals of Economics and Management, Financial Accounting, Business Mathematics and Statistics, and Business Law and Ethics).
- Pass Criteria: Achieve at least 40% in each subject and 50% aggregate.
Intermediate
- Minimum Marks: A candidate must obtain a minimum of 40% marks in each paper and an aggregate of 50% in each group.
- Subjects: Eight subjects (Group I: Financial Accounting, Laws and Ethics, Direct Taxation, Cost Accounting and Financial Management; Group II: Operation Management & Strategic Management, Cost and Management Accounting, Advanced Management Accounting, and Financial Management).
- Pass Criteria: Obtain at least 40% in each paper and 50% aggregate in each group. Candidates must pass both groups separately; however, if a candidate passes one group, they can carry forward their marks to the next attempt.
CMA Final
- Minimum Marks: A candidate must secure a minimum of 40% marks in each paper and an aggregate of 50% in both groups combined.
- Subjects: Eight subjects (Group I: Financial Reporting, Strategic Financial Management, Advanced Management Accounting, and Corporate Laws & Compliance; Group II: Direct Tax Laws & International Taxation, Indirect Tax Laws & Practice, Strategic Management, and Financial Management).
- Pass Criteria: Achieve at least 40% in each paper and 50% aggregate across both groups. Candidates must pass both groups separately.
