Last Registration Date And Exam Pattern : CA Foundation, Inter & Final
The ICAI (Institute of Chartered Accountants of India) has introduced Last Registration Date And Exam Pattern (New) for CA Final, CA Intermediate, and CA Foundation exams starting from May 2024. This new pattern brings significant changes to the CA exams:
- Reduced Number of Exams: The new pattern reduces the number of exams from 8 to 6 for both CA Intermediate and CA Final levels. This means that some papers have been merged or eliminated.
- Introduction of MCQs: Multiple-choice questions (MCQs) will be introduced across all subjects in CA Intermediate and CA Final exams. This aims to assess students’ conceptual understanding and analytical skills.
These changes represent a significant shift in the CA exam format, focusing on a more comprehensive evaluation of candidates’ knowledge and skills. Candidates preparing for these exams should familiarize themselves with the new pattern and adjust their study strategies accordingly.
